Marko Setler

Marko brings together artificial intelligence, cybersecurity and technology with learning and people development. At projectYOU, he primarily works on programmes and projects that go beyond the basic use of AI tools – helping people understand what the technology can really do, how it works and, most importantly, how to use it meaningfully in their everyday work.

His key areas of expertise include practical AI applications, automation and data. He helps clients identify relevant use cases, experiment with new approaches and turn technological possibilities into solutions that save time, simplify work or unlock entirely new opportunities. His strong technical background allows him to go deep when needed, while his ability to explain complex topics clearly makes technology accessible even to people who don’t work with it every day.

Marko studies Cybersecurity and is also actively involved in programming, data analytics and data science. He has gained hands-on cybersecurity experience in a Security Operations Centre (SOC), among other environments. He is a member of the Czech national cybersecurity team and was a finalist in the 2025 Czech national cybersecurity competition.

At projectYOU, Marko also represents a generation for whom AI and digital technologies are a natural part of everyday life. This perspective makes him a valuable contributor to AI leadership programmes, technology-focused workshops and consulting projects, where he works directly with clients on their specific needs and real-world use cases.

One of Marko’s greatest strengths is his combination of technical curiosity, ability to learn quickly and talent for making complex topics simple, practical and easy to understand.
