Gamified Workshop on Sustainability
Experienced leaders and high school and university students came together for a gamified workshop focused on sustainability. Their common goal? To transform society into a successful and responsible company of the future.
At the workshop "Sustainability: People. Planet. Profit.", leaders from various fields and students came together to tackle key sustainability issues. This gamified workshop, led by professionals from Celemi, aimed to help participants understand how to balance economic gains, social responsibility, and care for the planet. Leaders shared their practical experiences, while students brought fresh ideas and modern perspectives.
The tasks were challenging, full of obstacles and important decisions, but participants handled them excellently. This workshop allowed Generation Z students to not only gain insight into the real business world but also to explore the necessary steps to transform a company into a sustainable and responsible organization. The experiences and insights of the students were complemented by the expert perspective of Vladimír Víšek, who led discussions on sustainability.
The workshop was a great example of how to connect experience with innovative thinking. Thanks to the facilitation of Petr Moravec and the involvement of Celemi facilitators, the day was filled with ideas and inspiration.
