How training is delivered...

It is based on practical exercises derived from real situations that leaders encounter from the moment they decide to lead a team.

It's about understanding how people function and what they need from us for their performance, developing and practicing useful behavioral patterns. Learning through imitation and receiving feedback. Playing and experimenting.

We work in a safe environment of a collaborative team. We operate in a learning zone, combining play, insight, sharing, and support.

That's where growth begins. Often, as leaders, we are so busy working with people that we don't find time for self-reflection. Together, we will find an effective way to support them through a tailored program.

We don't teach riding a bike from a book, but through observation, bold experimentation, careful balancing, and also falling, preferably onto the grass.
