At projectYOU, he is responsible for Save the Zoo, pedagogy, change leadership, and customer experience.

Vláďa has been dedicated to sustainable development for 15 years. He handled sustainability at IKEA for six years, then became the sustainability manager at Prusa Research and now at GZ Media. He co-founded the No Greenwashing initiative. At projectYOU, he is the expert guarantor of the ESG topic and a workshop facilitator.
