High School in Rokycany: Strategic Thinking in Education

In business, we often focus on how to engage customers, but did you know that the high school in Rokycany thinks just as strategically? During our workshop, we addressed key questions to help teachers better prepare their students for current challenges. We discussed how today’s youth think, the trends shaping them, and how to adjust teaching methods to make them attractive and engaging.

We also explored the importance of well-being for both students and teachers. We covered digital skills and their application in teaching, such as preparing for chemistry lessons, and addressed relevant topics like cyberbullying and online harassment that resonate with today's youth. It was a day full of inspiration and practical tips for modernizing education and strengthening the relationship between students and teachers.
