We're excited to collaborate with ŠKODA Academy on developing educational programs that blend tradition with modern innovation for both students and teachers.
Our partnership is built on the values of individual development, inspired by the ideas of Jan Amos Komenský. Together with teachers, we explore how Komenský's principles can be practically applied in modern education, including systematic preparation and connection with practical experience.
We believe in key principles:
Clarity: Learning through experiences and practical activities.
Engagement: Active student participation as the foundation for effective learning.
Systematic Approach: Gradual development with regard to each student's readiness.
Naturalness: Learning that not only entertains but also develops their unique talents.

This project goes beyond standard teaching – we support teachers in tandems to inspire each other and share proven experiences. Our collaboration continues through the Alumni community and other projects like "Teachers from Mars." We achieve this unique approach to education with the support of ŠKODA Academy and its team led by Taťána Beránková Císařová.
