How much time do you dedicate to development in your company? Here at projectYOU, we've counted 24 days a year, and we just enjoyed four days filled with learning, fun, and unexpected experiences.
Our projectYOU team recently gathered for a four-day FoxIntenzivka, where we not only learned and improved but also refined the execution of our training programs to maximize impact for our clients while ensuring they enjoyed the experience. We're not just talking heads – we're trainers who teach through play, and we love it. In the unconventional setting of a fire station, we experienced a blend of adrenaline and practical lessons that moved us forward step by step.
The second part of the FoxIntenzivka brought something special – our families and friends joined us. During this shared time, we discovered that our team is full of hidden talents – we have ship captains, musicians, and baking masters among us. All these new skills showed us that we know more about our colleagues than we thought, bringing us even closer together.
The FoxIntenzivka demonstrated that when work and personal life naturally intertwine, something magical happens. Whether it was searching for pirate treasure with the kids or singing at the piano, the combination of work and fun gave us a fresh perspective on our team dynamics. And what about you?
