During the game, people quickly relax and let go of inhibitions, which allows for more open communication and honest feedback. You will immerse yourself in the world of mammoth hunters who must transition to a new way of life to survive. During the game, leaders practically learn how to use AI to increase team productivity and gain more time for meaningful conversations. Leadership in the Land of Ice

In a story inspired by Ernest Shackleton, the legendary polar explorer and servant leader, you tackle 8 key leadership conversations—from justifying change to management to encouraging the team in a crisis. Giro

In the interactive simulation GIRO, you will find yourself in 1960s Italy, where two clans—Ferrari and Lamborghini—compete for the best route of the famous cycling race. You will learn how to find a compromise and achieve win-win solutions even among conflicting stakeholder interests. The program is enhanced with cycling races on trainers using the Zwift app, making it an unforgettable experience.

Hybrid format

The hybrid format combines the best of both worlds, in-person and online meetings. Although it can be more challenging for participants and instructors, with the support of digital tools and top-notch equipment, it offers an accessible, efficient, and modern developmental experience.

How training is delivered...

It is based on practical exercises derived from real situations that leaders encounter from the moment they decide to lead a team.

It's about understanding how people function and what they need from us for their performance, developing and practicing useful behavioral patterns. Learning through imitation and receiving feedback. Playing and experimenting.

We work in a safe environment of a collaborative team. We operate in a learning zone, combining play, insight, sharing, and support.

That's where growth begins. Often, as leaders, we are so busy working with people that we don't find time for self-reflection. Together, we will find an effective way to support them through a tailored program.

We don't teach riding a bike from a book, but through observation, bold experimentation, careful balancing, and also falling, preferably onto the grass.

It's very similar with leadership. You can't master leading people simply by binge-listening to podcasts or reading top-ranked literature. But it's a good start.
