People relax, open up and start working together – including colleagues who may barely interact in everyday work. The result? Each program is booked exclusively for your team, a group of managers or an off-site. We tailor the content and scenarios to your context. Participants become the rescue team of a bicycle manufacturer. They have one day and eight scenarios in which they must use ChatGPT, Claude and other AI tools to save the business. They leave confident that AI is their teammate – not a threat.
Inspired by Ernest Shackleton – the leader who did not lose a single crew member in a crisis. Leaders choose from 25 real-life scenarios and practise them in a safe environment.
An intense experiential simulation set in the age of mammoth hunters. Each participant becomes an adviser to the tribal chief and explores six key aspects of leadership – what builds trust, respect and the willingness to follow. A safe environment, with deep impact.
Ferrari vs. Lamborghini, Italy in the 1960s. Your team learns how to find win-win solutions even when interests conflict. The game shows that even rivals can share the same goal – making the race happen. In the Celemi Sustainability™ simulation: People, Planet, Profit, leaders run a fictional company for a full day and experience just how difficult it is to balance profit, people and planet. The projectYOU team are the only certified facilitators in the Czech Republic.
A volcanic eruption over the Pacific reroutes every aircraft to islands with limited capacity. Participants form crisis teams and make decisions in an environment where every minute matters – under pressure, with incomplete information, coordinating, communicating and acting even without a full picture of the situation.
In the facilitated CELEMI Apples & Oranges™ business simulation, participants run a company and experience first-hand how everyday decisions affect profitability, cash flow and working capital. The shared experience connects the numbers with how a business really works and helps people understand the impact of their decisions across functions.
