Hanka serves as an Associate Professor at the Faculty of International Relations at VŠE. Thanks to her research and PhD from the University of Birmingham, Hanka is a leading expert in Networking and Leadership. Her courses for international students have long been among the top-rated at the faculty. She leads research and development within the team and contributes to the creation and implementation of new solutions.

She has an extensive network of contacts and has long been connecting the business, startup, and educational sectors. In the team, she is the leader in building relationships and partnerships, both internationally and within the Czech Republic. Hanka is a GEN Z optimist. We've handed this generation a much more complex environment, which they miraculously manage. They are curious, strong, and want to change the world for the better. Hanka helps such people discover their own path to their professional dreams.

She enjoys it when they have a clearer idea of who and why they want to be and what exactly they need to achieve it. She also knows very well how to milk a cow, which today is an interesting, yet entirely unnecessary skill. So, she strives to ensure our students spend as little time as possible learning to milk cows. She loves the mountains in winter, summer, autumn, and spring, with her husband and daughters. Whether on skis, a bike, or on foot.
