Currently, she is involved in global managerial development programs and leads key initiatives in coaching, mentoring, and career management.

Katka designs educational programs aimed at helping managers and leaders from different cultures reach their full potential. She believes that quality education and an individual approach enable long-term results, and thanks to her ability to quickly identify the needs of individuals and teams, she can fully adapt to the specific requirements of organizations and individuals. Recognized for her innovative approaches, she has received global awards for excellence and was nominated among the top three in the areas of collaboration and innovation.

In the past, she has been involved in introducing new employees to corporate culture and the continuous development of their skills. In her free time, Katka runs for a good cause. Through her charitable activities in the past year, she has raised nearly CZK 100,000 to support a work-education program for the disabled preparing to enter the regular job market.
