Leader for sustainability is a unique program built on the immersive CELEMI business simulation: People. Planet. Profit. Participants in this gamified program experience the thrilling simulation of real-world challenges in transforming a traditional company into a regenerative enterprise of the future. The focus is on making crucial decisions regarding people, products, environmental impact, and maximizing profit simultaneously. The goal is to demonstrate how smartly reinvested profits in new technologies and growth can attract attention and generate demand from new generations of customers. Occasionally, we also involve students, adding another layer of dynamism and innovation to the program.

The hybrid format combines the best of both worlds, in-person and online meetings. Although it can be more challenging for participants and instructors, with the support of digital tools and top-notch equipment, it offers an accessible, efficient, and modern developmental experience.
How training is delivered...
It is based on practical exercises derived from real situations that leaders encounter from the moment they decide to lead a team.
It's about understanding how people function and what they need from us for their performance, developing and practicing useful behavioral patterns. Learning through imitation and receiving feedback. Playing and experimenting.
We work in a safe environment of a collaborative team. We operate in a learning zone, combining play, insight, sharing, and support.
That's where growth begins. Often, as leaders, we are so busy working with people that we don't find time for self-reflection. Together, we will find an effective way to support them through a tailored program.
We don't teach riding a bike from a book, but through observation, bold experimentation, careful balancing, and also falling, preferably onto the grass.
It's very similar with leadership. You can't master leading people simply by binge-listening to podcasts or reading top-ranked literature. But it's a good start.
