In the Team Gallup program, every team member has the opportunity to discover their unique talents using the Gallup StrengthsFinder 2.0 tool. During an individual 90-minute session, you will receive a detailed overview of your strengths and learn how to develop them. Subsequently, in a team workshop, we bring all these talents together and learn how to best utilize them for team collaboration and achieving great results. The program is built on the idea that a team is strongest when each member plays to their strengths.

Each team member will have a 90-minute individual session where they receive their Gallup StrengthsFinder profile and discover their top 5 talents. In this session, you'll take a closer look at your true strengths and how to apply these talents both at work and beyond.
After identifying individual talents, a team workshop follows, where the talents of all members are combined. You'll discover how your strengths can collaborate, and set specific action steps to improve team cooperation.
This program teaches you not only what you are strong at, but also how to find the right place in the team. When everyone knows their role and can leverage their talent, the team functions much more efficiently.

We don't teach riding a bike from a book, but through observation, bold experimentation, careful balancing, and also falling, preferably onto the grass.
