During our visit to the Develor Slovakia headquarters, with its stunning view of Bratislava, we met a team full of amazing people. While some might consider us competitors, we don't see it that way. We don't compete; we draw on each other's strengths and share our experiences. Together, we learn and inspire one another, not only during work discussions but also in friendly exchanges of know-how, where we often share a good laugh.

During the meeting, we presented our new training programs focused on leadership development and negotiation, while Develor showed us how their teams operate in Slovakia and the Czech Republic. Today, we have a unique opportunity to test their hot new offering—a training program that teaches how to apply the skills of future leaders directly in practice. We're excited about everything we will learn!
