Intergenerational Collaboration Workshop with the ŠKODA AUTO Team

Last week, we had the honor of leading a workshop on intergenerational collaboration for the ŠKODA AUTO team – in tandem with a #GenZ student!
Our team, composed of Petr Moravec, Hana Dux Blažková, and Terézia Dubničková, designed an experiential program that inspired deeper understanding and connections across generations.
The 𝗕𝗲𝗲-𝗭𝗲𝗲 activity taught us that when we set aside generational stereotypes, new possibilities for innovation and creativity emerge.
Why will we remember this?
Together, we created an environment where each generation could thrive and contribute unique ideas. The program was enriched by the inclusion of LEGO®, adding depth to discussions on leadership, communication, and work-life balance.
