Negotiation and stakeholders.

Secure support for your team and projects and negotiate great conditions through exemplary collaboration.

In a company, tug-of-war doesn't work, as Simon Sinek says in his Infinite Game—the key to success is long-term collaboration, trust, and lasting relationships. This program will teach you how to negotiate in an internal environment based on the principles of Principled Based Negotiation from Harvard, with an emphasis on building win-win solutions. We focus on practical skills that will improve your negotiations with stakeholders and tools that help achieve maximum results for all involved. It's a playful program of applied assertiveness and negotiation principles from Harvard.

Benefit for the client and their team.

Applied assertiveness

You'll learn practical techniques for assertive communication that will allow you to express your needs and opinions clearly and without conflict. This approach helps you gain respect and trust during internal negotiations.

Principled negotiation

You'll master four principles of Harvard negotiation: separate people from problems, uncover what negotiating parties truly need, be creative in finding solutions that provide value to all, and rely on unbiased and well-supported facts and data.

Building trust and collaboration

You'll learn how to create an environment based on trust and collaboration. Trust is the foundation of successful internal negotiations, leading to sustainable and long-term solutions.

You’ll learn how to restore and strengthen trust in multi-party negotiations.

Simulations GIRO winwin

In the interactive simulation, you'll step into the role of a negotiator for one of two Italian clans in the 1960s who must agree on the route for the famous GIRO race. You'll learn how to find common interests and compromises, even in a competitive environment. You'll grasp the win-win strategy.

Power Map

You’ll learn to create a power map and analyze key stakeholders to understand their influence, interests, and approach to negotiation. Effective stakeholder analysis allows you to strategically engage and manage various parties towards a common goal.

Engaging stakeholders

You'll learn how to effectively engage and manage stakeholders in negotiations. Properly engaged stakeholders contribute to better collaboration and achieving the goal.

You’ll have the space to develop an authentic and fair strategy and tactics to gain support for a real project.

Prevention and conflict resolution

Conflicts sometimes arise even in the best teams, but that doesn’t mean they have to be a problem. You’ll learn how to address them before they escalate. And when conflicts do flare up, you'll have assertive and fair techniques to calm the situation and keep the team moving forward.

Forms of workshops

On-site

An in-person meeting of the entire team is often a small celebration or an opportunity to expand contacts within the company. Such moments support team spirit and allow for intense interaction in a safe and inspiring environment.

Online

Thanks to interactive tools like breakout rooms in MS Teams, Miro board, Mentimeter, or Kahoot, we offer a dynamic online experience that captivates even remotely. The virtual environment enables effective engagement of all participants and a flexible approach to training, no matter where you are.

Hybrid format

The hybrid format combines the best of both worlds, in-person and online meetings. Although it can be more challenging for participants and instructors, with the support of digital tools and top-notch equipment, it offers an accessible, efficient, and modern developmental experience.

How training is delivered...

It is based on practical exercises derived from real situations that leaders encounter from the moment they decide to lead a team.

It's about understanding how people function and what they need from us for their performance, developing and practicing useful behavioral patterns. Learning through imitation and receiving feedback. Playing and experimenting.

We work in a safe environment of a collaborative team. We operate in a learning zone, combining play, insight, sharing, and support.

That's where growth begins. Often, as leaders, we are so busy working with people that we don't find time for self-reflection. Together, we will find an effective way to support them through a tailored program.

We don't teach riding a bike from a book, but through observation, bold experimentation, careful balancing, and also falling, preferably onto the grass.

It's very similar with leadership. You can't master leading people simply by binge-listening to podcasts or reading top-ranked literature. But it's a good start.
