Petr brings a deep interest in people, business acumen, and psychological insight to every project. After gaining work experience at a large international company, he followed his heart and jumped straight into clinical psychology practice. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to establish his own consulting and training firm, Mindweb Consulting, with five employees, and he became so passionate about it that after receiving his certification, he decided to focus entirely on working with people's talents. Later, he co-founded and led a successful international training company for several years, where he also played the role of innovator, building a network of partners and alliances. Throughout this time, he also taught at a university and met with students. In his free time, he enjoys traveling around Europe in a caravan with his wife and two children and writes a family blog about it. www.venkusdetmi.cz.
