In the X - The Challengers program, we connect the most promising individuals from the company who want to advance their development to a higher level and make a real impact. They collaborate on projects that transform the company, take on responsibilities, and face new challenges. The result is a balanced mix of learning and real impact – ideal for those willing to invest extra effort into their future and want to grow in an inspiring environment. The program combines blended learning through top-tier talent diagnostics, mentoring, training, and project management on team projects. Stepping out of their comfort zone results in rapid experience gain and increased loyalty and engagement of these employees.

Nominations and KickOff

First, it's necessary to select the best talents from the company to join the program. During the KickOff, participants will get a chance to familiarize themselves with the groundbreaking projects they will work on and the people who will lead them. It's the first step in determining the right project for each individual and providing the necessary impetus for their future development. As part of the assessment, we conduct the Gallup StrengthsFinder 2.0 and deliver the reports.

Project preparation

You have a great idea, but how do you turn it into a real project? We help talents define the project thoroughly. From understanding the project's context and purpose, setting goals and scope, to creating the initial plan. You'll learn how to assign roles within the team, define what "done" means, and minimize potential risks. Most importantly, you'll take the first concrete steps to kickstart the project!

Hackathon

At the hackathon, we dive into action. Teams of talents, along with company leadership and mentors, distribute their "coins" among projects to decide which ones have the most potential. The winning projects then get the space to form teams and create even clearer objectives. Since this is true teamwork, we'll also agree on how we'll work together to enjoy the process and achieve results. We invite external guests and students to the hackathon.

Stakeholder engagement

Every project relies on people, both within the team and outside it. This module helps you understand how to negotiate effectively with them, gain support, and keep them motivated. With Insights Discovery, you'll learn to read people better, and using the principles from the 7 Habits, you'll be able to establish win-win collaborations. Internal negotiations can be challenging, but when you know how, everything goes smoothly!

Practical leadership in a project

Leading a team isn't just about delegating tasks – it's about helping people overcome obstacles and creating an environment where everyone can develop. In this module, you'll learn how to effectively motivate and encourage your team, allocate work in a meaningful way, and most importantly, learn from successes and failures. Together with your team, you'll find the right balance between performance and growth.

Storybuilding a storytelling

A great idea isn't enough if you can't sell it well. This module will teach you how to present your project in a way that captures attention and convinces others. You'll go through tips on storybuilding and effective storytelling, ensuring your idea shines. You'll be able to not only capture interest but also persuade – which is key in projects.

An ice adventure

Step into an adventure inspired by the legendary leader Ernest Shackleton. In this gamified workshop, you'll experience firsthand the key habits of top leaders. You'll face challenges that teach you how to lead a team even in difficult conditions, build trust, and maintain morale. It’s the perfect opportunity to grasp leadership in a whole new light while having fun!

Accelerate
4 days + consultations

An intensive four-day training series, complemented by assignments and individual consultations, where participants gain deep skills and feedback. This program helps participants advance quickly, process their own progress between days, and consult on specific challenges with experts.

Sustain
6-10 months

A comprehensive program offering long-term development, culminating in certification. The program includes continuous support, practical impactful projects, and in-depth work, helping participants retain and develop new skills and apply them in real work environments.

On-site

An in-person meeting of the entire team is often a small celebration or an opportunity to expand contacts within the company. Such moments support team spirit and allow for intense interaction in a safe and inspiring environment.

Online

Thanks to interactive tools like breakout rooms in MS Teams, Miro board, Mentimeter, or Kahoot, we offer a dynamic online experience that captivates even remotely. The virtual environment enables effective engagement of all participants and a flexible approach to training, no matter where you are.

Hybrid format

The hybrid format combines the best of both worlds, in-person and online meetings. Although it can be more challenging for participants and instructors, with the support of digital tools and top-notch equipment, it offers an accessible, efficient, and modern developmental experience.

How training is delivered...

It is based on practical exercises derived from real situations that leaders encounter from the moment they decide to lead a team.

It's about understanding how people function and what they need from us for their performance, developing and practicing useful behavioral patterns. Learning through imitation and receiving feedback. Playing and experimenting.

We work in a safe environment of a collaborative team. We operate in a learning zone, combining play, insight, sharing, and support.

That's where growth begins. Often, as leaders, we are so busy working with people that we don't find time for self-reflection. Together, we will find an effective way to support them through a tailored program.

We don't teach riding a bike from a book, but through observation, bold experimentation, careful balancing, and also falling, preferably onto the grass.

It's very similar with leadership. You can't master leading people simply by binge-listening to podcasts or reading top-ranked literature. But it's a good start.
