Selin is a junior facilitator who brings clear structure, open communication, and the energy to turn ideas into tangible results. She studies International Business at the Prague University of Economics and Business and, alongside her studies, has been building hands-on professional experience at Dateio. Since joining the company in 2023, she has progressed from Business Development Intern to Junior Business Development Specialist and now works as an AI Automation & Outreach Specialist.

Her role combines experience in business development, communication, and client engagement with the practical use of AI automation and modern outreach tools. This gives her a highly relevant perspective on how technology can support efficiency, collaboration, and business growth.

Thanks to her international experience at Tallinn University of Technology and her active involvement in student organisations, Selin is used to connecting people across cultures, roles, and different perspectives. At SKOK VŠE, a student organisation at the Prague University of Economics and Business, she progressed from being a member of the event team to leading the organisation and later focusing on partnerships. She is also involved in the Academic Senate and the Vice-Rector’s Advisory Group, contributing to the development of the university environment.

As a facilitator, Selin focuses on creating a shared sense of direction, encouraging active participation, and helping teams turn good ideas into practical plans people are genuinely motivated to put into action. Her key areas of interest include leadership and teamwork, AI and automation, business development, motivation and people development, project and event management, and team innovation.
