Veronika is a co-founder of projectYOU and plays a key role in building and developing client relationships, shaping the brand’s marketing, and designing solutions that connect real business needs with people development. She works closely with clients from the very first conversations and initial needs analysis through to designing the right solution and building long-term partnerships. She enjoys understanding what organisations are currently facing, connecting the right people and approaches, and finding solutions that work not only on paper, but in practice.

Alongside client relationships, Veronika is responsible for marketing, communication, and the development of the projectYOU brand. She is involved in creating new products and development concepts, helping shape their design and turning ideas into solutions that can be successfully applied with clients and their teams.

Facilitation, training, and learning have been part of her professional journey from the very beginning. She gained her first experience in this area during her years in the insurance industry, where, alongside managing projects, she was also involved in working with people and supporting their development. Today, she still enjoys stepping into the facilitator and trainer role when it adds value — particularly in areas where she can draw on her experience in client work, teamwork, communication, and practical problem-solving.

What she enjoys most about her work is the combination of people, business, and creativity. Every client brings a different challenge, and Veronika enjoys finding solutions that are not taken “off the shelf”, but genuinely reflect the client’s environment, needs, and goals.
