Michael brings more than 20 years of experience in marketing, internal communications, leadership, corporate culture, and business management. Over the course of his career, he has worked in large international companies, startups, and his own ventures, giving him a strong understanding of what organisations need not only to design strategically, but above all to make work in practice.

He spent a significant part of his career at T-Mobile, where he progressed from specialist roles to leading internal communications for more than 6,000 employees across the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Working closely with HR, he contributed to the design of leadership and development programmes and led large-scale transformation projects worth billions of Czech crowns. He later went on to work at Philip Morris International, Future Port Prague, and as COO of TRL Space Systems.

At TRL Space Systems, Michael was involved in the company’s growth from the very beginning. Together with the founder, he helped build the team, brand, processes, company culture, and marketing, contributing to the organisation’s growth from just a handful of people to several dozen employees. Today, he brings this first-hand experience of rapid growth, organisational change, and building effective ways of working into his work with managers and teams.

At projectYOU, Michael focuses primarily on leadership, team development, communication, corporate culture, strategy, and process design. One of his key strengths is his ability to connect a strong business perspective with the human side of leadership and turn complex topics into practical steps that make sense in the day-to-day reality of an organisation.

He enjoys working with people who want to move things forward, explore new ways of working, and at the same time maintain a clear sense of direction. In his facilitation, he combines experience from the corporate world, startup environments, and entrepreneurship, which enables him to work effectively with a wide range of teams and business situations.
